The Air Flow Valve Die range is the set of hand tools a tyre shop uses to fit and remove valve cores and to clean up valve threads. The page shows red plastic handled core removers in two lengths with slotted steel tips, an L-shaped key type opener, a flat blade type opener, a knurled T-type valve tool with threaded ends, a four-way valve tool with slotted and threaded arms, and a screw clamp.
The slotted tips engage the valve core so it can be screwed in or backed out cleanly, and the threaded ends on the T-type and four-way tools are used for chasing and cleaning valve stem threads. The plastic handles give enough grip to work on a wheel without slipping.
Also shown are clear snap-top boxes of loose spares kept alongside the tools - red plastic handled dies, metal valve caps, black valve caps, small rings and assorted valve pins. Sold under item codes AF-030 to AF-036 as separate types so a shop can order the pattern it uses. Made in India by Alfon Taps Ltd under the Air Flow brand.
