Shipping Policy

What we charge

  • Delivery is free on orders of Rs 500.00 or more (goods value, before any coupon). This applies anywhere in India that we deliver to, up to the 20 kg limit below.
  • Below that, delivery is a flat Rs 99.00 per order, wherever in India it is going.
  • Weight is the actual weight of the goods ordered. We do not apply volumetric or dimensional weight charges.
  • The heaviest order this website can quote for is 20 kg, and free delivery does not apply to it. Above that weight we work the charge out by hand - please send us an enquiry.
  • All prices shown on this site are inclusive of GST. GST is never added on top at checkout.
  • We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery is not offered.

Where we ship

We deliver across India. Orders are despatched from our works at Hansi, Haryana, India.

We do not ship outside India from this website. Export enquiries are handled separately - please use the dealer and distributor enquiry form.

Despatch and delivery times

Orders are normally despatched within 2 to 4 working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery after despatch usually takes a further 3 to 8 working days depending on the destination; remote pin codes take longer.

These are working estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries are made by third party couriers and can be delayed by weather, strikes, public holidays, regional restrictions or an incorrect or incomplete address. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

Where an item is temporarily out of stock, we will tell you and give you the choice of waiting or being refunded in full.

Tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we will email you the tracking details. You can also see the status of any order from your account, and guest orders can be tracked using the link in your confirmation email.

Taking delivery

Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel during working hours, and a phone number the courier can reach. Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times before returning a parcel to us.

Please check the parcel before you accept it. If the outer packaging is torn, wet, opened or resealed, either refuse the delivery or have the courier record the damage. This matters: a damage claim is far harder to settle once a parcel has been accepted as sound.

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you. Re-despatch is charged at the shipping rate above.

Wrong or damaged goods

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, or if what arrived is not what you ordered. Write to [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for what happens next.
