These terms govern your use of alfonairflowltd.com and any order you place through it. The site is operated by Alfon Taps Limited, whose works are at Hansi, Haryana, India. By placing an order you accept these terms.

About us and our brand

Alfon is our registered trademark and Air Flow is the brand our products are sold under. Both, along with the text, images and layout of this site, belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, from the product itself. Photographs are illustrative: finishes, fittings and packaging can change as we improve a product, and colours vary between screens.

Every product is sold for its stated purpose and within its stated capacity. Workshop equipment - jacks, lifting gear, pressure equipment and pneumatic tools - must be used by a competent person, within its rated limits, and with proper precautions. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by use beyond a product's rating, by incorrect fitting, or by use for a purpose it was not made for.

Prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. GST is never added on top at checkout.
• Delivery is charged separately, by the weight of the order and its destination. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, and the full rate table is on our Shipping Policy page. Orders above 20 kg are quoted by hand.
• Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
• Retail prices on this site are for retail quantities. Dealer and distributor pricing is quoted separately on enquiry.

We try hard to keep prices right. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price through a genuine error, we are not obliged to sell at it: we will contact you and either confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the order in full.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm despatch. We may decline an order - for example where stock has run out, where the price was wrong, where we cannot deliver to the address, or where we suspect fraud - and if we do, you are refunded in full.

You can order as a guest or from an account. Ordering as a guest does not create an account.

Payment

• We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery is not offered.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• An order that is not paid within 30 minutes is cancelled automatically and the reserved stock released. Nothing is charged.
• Goods remain our property until we have been paid in full.

Delivery

Delivery terms, timescales and what to do about a damaged parcel are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or to abuse the site.

Wholesale enquiries

The dealer and distributor form is an enquiry only. It is not an order and it forms no contract. Wholesale terms, quantities and prices are agreed separately in writing.

Our liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses - lost profit, lost work, lost contracts or downtime.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Things outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control - among them strikes, transport failure, power or network failure, fire, flood, epidemic, civil disturbance, or an act of government.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of India. The courts of Haryana have jurisdiction, save that a consumer may also bring proceedings where the law otherwise permits.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, shown by the date at the top of this page.
