The Air Flow Manual Tyre Opner Motorcycle, marked MTO on the catalogue page, is a hand operated bead breaker built for two wheeler tyres. The tool works on a toothed rack bar carrying two shoes - one fixed on the knurled bar end and one on the lever assembly - so the bead is pressed off the rim by hand pressure alone, with no air line needed. The lever arm has a red ball knob and pivots on a bolted steel head that rides on the rack teeth, letting the operator set the gap to the tyre and then push down to break the bead. The wide flat shoe spreads the load across the sidewall instead of digging into one point. It is a compact tool for puncture shops and roadside workshops that handle motorcycle and scooter tyres and do not run a tyre changer. Item code AF-084.
