It goes in the discharge line between pump and tank so that the tank holds its air when the pump stops, and the pump is not asked to restart against a full receiver. Metal casting with a brass cap. The threaded side port is the take-off for the unloader line. Supplied one to a printed Air Flow carton. Made in India by Alfon Taps Limited, Hansi, Haryana.
