The Air Flow Stitcher Roller is the tool a puncture shop reaches for after the patch is laid. The 1 inch knurled steel wheel is run back and forth over the patch so the rubber beds down evenly and no air is trapped underneath the edges. The wheel turns freely on a pin held in a steel yoke, and the yoke is fitted into a metal ferrule on a turned wooden handle. The handle shape lets the fitter put body weight straight down the tool while keeping a firm grip through the stitching stroke. Supplied in 1 inch. Item code AF-060, with AF-060A as the Type A version of the same 1 inch roller.
